2257 Exemption Statement

This website is an adult-only platform restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. Members may upload and share sexually explicit content, including pornographic videos, under the condition that all performers depicted are at least 18 years old.

We take compliance with U.S. federal law seriously. Below is our legal position regarding the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§2257 and 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. §75.

Why We Are Exempt from 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements:

1. We Are Not the “Producer” of the Content

Under the law, only those classified as a “producer” (either primary or secondary) of actual sexually explicit content are required to maintain age verification records and label such material with a custodian of records.

This website does not produce, film, direct, or commission any of the content uploaded here. Instead, we act solely as a user-generated content (UGC) platform.

According to 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4), a website operator is not considered a “producer” if they only host user-submitted content and do not control or create it. Therefore, we are legally exempt from 2257 record-keeping requirements.

2. Responsibility for 2257 Compliance Lies with the Uploaders

Each individual who uploads sexually explicit material is considered the “producer” under the law and must:

• Ensure all performers are 18 years of age or older
• Possess proper age verification documents
• Comply with 18 U.S.C. §2257 where applicable

By using this site, uploaders confirm they meet these requirements. We reserve the right to remove content or ban users who fail to comply.

3. We Review and Moderate Content for Compliance

While we are not required to maintain 2257 records, we:

• Moderate user content
• Act on user reports
• Remove any material that appears unlawful or violates our policy

If you see any content involving minors, report it immediately. We cooperate with law enforcement and appropriate agencies when necessary.
