Age Verification & Compliance Policy

Need to verify your age?

To access LemmeSeeHim, you must confirm you are 18 or older. We verify this in two ways:
  • $25 Access Key: Includes basic age verification at checkout
  • Invite Key ($5): Requires a one-time, non-refundable age verification charge
In some states or countries, you may also be required to upload your ID through a secure service, even if you paid. This is based on where you live and local age verification laws.

LemmeSeeHim requires all members to be at least 18 years old. This policy outlines how we verify age and comply with state, federal, and international regulations regarding restricted access.

1. Who Needs to Verify

All users registering after July 2025 must verify their age before accessing members-only areas. The verification process depends on whether you're using a discounted or full-price access key, and where you’re located.

2. Verification Options

We offer two verification paths for new registrations:

  • Paid Access Key ($25): Your age is verified during checkout using your billing details. This is the default option for those signing up directly.
  • Invite Key ($5): If you’re referred by another member, you may use a discounted invite key. This includes a one-time, non-refundable $5 charge, which covers age verification and onboarding costs.

In both cases, depending on your location, you may also need to upload a valid photo ID through our secure verification partner, AgeChecker.net.

3. When ID Upload Is Required

In some regions, laws require stronger verification than payment alone. If you are located in a state or country that enforces stricter age verification, you will be asked to:

  • Upload a photo or file of a government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.)

This step is handled exclusively through our trusted third-party partner, AgeChecker.net. They are a secure and compliant identity verification provider used by major platforms across industries.

Your sensitive information, including ID images, full name, and date of birth, is never stored or seen by LemmeSeeHim. All verification data is encrypted, processed, and securely stored by AgeChecker.net in accordance with U.S. privacy laws and industry standards.

We do not collect or retain your government-issued ID, legal name, address, or any identifying details. AgeChecker.net simply confirms whether your age is verified or not, and shares only that result with us.

Even if you pay $25, you may still be required to upload ID if your location requires it by law.

4. Current Regions Requiring Verification

As of July 2025, these U.S. states and countries require ID upload at registration:

  • Arkansas
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Kentucky
  • Mississippi
  • Montana
  • South Carolina
  • Virginia
  • France
  • Germany

Due to stricter laws, new registrations from Kansas and Tennessee are blocked. Existing members in those states will need to complete ID verification through AgeChecker.net if prompted in the future.

5. Existing Members

  • Users who joined before July 2025 are not required to complete third-party verification through AgeChecker.net.
  • These members already confirmed they were 18 or older during registration, in accordance with our previous policy.
  • However, we may prompt older accounts to verify in the future to comply with new laws or when accessing sensitive areas of the site.

6. Refunds

All verification payments are final. The $5 fee covers compliance costs and identity validation. We cannot offer refunds if your ID is rejected, your payment fails, or if you decline to complete verification.

7. Ongoing Compliance

We comply with applicable state, federal, and international laws, including but not limited to:

  • U.S. state legislation (Act 440, SB287, HB1181, etc.)
  • Federal digital ID requirements
  • UK Online Safety Act
  • EU AVMSD standards

As these laws expand, our verification process may change to remain in full compliance. This may include requiring verification from all users regardless of how they joined.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may change as legal requirements evolve. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version of this policy.

10. Agreement

By signing up, submitting payment, or uploading identification, you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to the terms outlined in this Age Verification & Compliance Policy.
