1. Hosting Platform – Not a Content Producer

Under applicable law, only those considered a “producer” of actual sexually explicit content are required to maintain age verification records and labeling. We do not produce, direct, commission, select, arrange, promote, or control content submitted to this platform.

2. User Responsibility

Users who upload material containing explicit content are individually responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, including but not limited to:

3. Moderation and Enforcement

Although not legally required to maintain age verification records, we take content moderation seriously. We:

• Respond to user reports
• Remove any content that appears to violate legal standards or platform rules
• May remove or restrict content at our discretion where compliance, consent, or legality is unclear
• Cooperate with law enforcement as required
