📜 Platinum Membership Terms of Use

Effective Date: April 1st, 2025

These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of the Platinum Membership on [Your Forum Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Membership Tiers & Pricing

• Monthly Plan: $5.00/month (renews automatically each month)
• Yearly Plan: $40.00/year (renews automatically each year)

All plans include full access to Platinum features and the private Platinum Forum section.

2. Platinum Features

Platinum Members receive:

• 100% Ad-Free Browsing
• Exclusive Platinum Forum Access
• Thread Attachments Viewer (images, videos, files)
• Video Download Access
• Username Change Option
• Platinum Member Badge on Profile

Note: Features may be modified, added, or removed at our discretion.

3. Billing & Renewal

• All payments are processed via PayPal.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your Platinum Membership at any time, based on how you paid:

A. With a PayPal Account:

1. Log in to paypal.com.
2. Go to Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments.
3. Select our forum subscription and cancel it.

B. Without a PayPal Account (Guest Checkout):

1. Check your PayPal confirmation email and find the Profile ID.
2. Contact Jack (admin) on the forum with your username and Profile ID.
3. We will cancel your subscription manually and confirm with you.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time. You will retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle. All purchases are final unless required by law.

5. Disclaimers

The Platinum Membership and all related services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, access speed, uninterrupted use, or specific content availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platinum Membership at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Platinum Membership.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

7. Account Conduct & Restrictions

All forum rules apply to Platinum Members. Misconduct—including harassment, spamming, or redistribution of downloaded content—may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

We reserve the right to revoke access from users who abuse membership features or violate our community standards.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
