Platinum Membership Terms of Use

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

These Terms govern the purchase and use of the Platinum Membership offered by LemmeSeeHim.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing access, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

1. Pricing and Access

• 30-Day Access (Monthly): $5.00 (one-time)
• 12-Month Access (Yearly): $45.00 (one-time)
• Lifetime Access: $149.00 (one-time, permanent access)

All plans grant access to enhanced site features. Memberships do not auto-renew. To continue access, a new purchase must be made after the term expires.

2. Membership Features

Platinum Membership may include benefits such as:

• Ad-free browsing experience
• Access to additional discussion areas
• Enhanced viewing features for uploaded files
• Option to download eligible attachments
• Optional profile customization features (e.g., username changes, profile banner)

Features are subject to change or modification at our discretion. Access does not guarantee availability of specific content types.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed through approved third-party providers.
• We currently accept credit/debit card payments; PayPal, prepaid, and crypto payments are not accepted.
• For privacy, your billing descriptor will appear as LSHGate and will not reference “LemmeSeeHim.”
• All purchases are one-time transactions and do not auto-renew.
• Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment processing.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, no refunds are provided, including for unused time or accidental purchases. Refunds are only considered in rare cases of duplicate charges. Please review the membership details and site rules before purchasing.

5. Service Disclaimer

The Platinum Membership is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding continuous uptime, uninterrupted access, or specific feature availability.

We reserve the right to modify or suspend the service, features, or access without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the Platinum Membership, including any loss of access, data, or revenue.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

7. Account Conduct

All site rules apply to Platinum Members. Any misuse of features, including but not limited to abusive behavior, spamming, or unauthorized sharing of protected content, may result in account restrictions or termination without refund.

Account status controls access: Platinum is tied to the member’s account and is non-transferable. If an account is banned for rule violations, Platinum access ends immediately and no refunds are provided. If a member deletes their account, Platinum is permanently forfeited; a future account would require a new purchase.

We reserve the right to revoke membership privileges from users who violate these Terms or abuse site functionality.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland. Any legal disputes must be brought in the courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.

9. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of Platinum Membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing and using Platinum Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
