Platinum Membership Terms of Use

These Terms govern the purchase and use of the Platinum Membership offered by LemmeSeeHim.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing access, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

1. Pricing and Access

• 30-Day Access: $5.00 (one-time)
• 12-Month Access: $50.00 (one-time)

All plans grant access to enhanced site features. Memberships do not auto-renew. To continue access, a new purchase must be made after the term expires.

2. Membership Features

Platinum Membership may include benefits such as:

Features are subject to change or modification at our discretion. Access does not guarantee availability of specific content types.

3. Payments

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, no refunds are provided, including for unused time or accidental purchases. Please review the membership details and site rules before purchasing.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the Platinum Membership, including any loss of access, data, or revenue.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

7. Account Conduct

All site rules apply to Platinum Members. Any misuse of features, including but not limited to abusive behavior, spamming, or unauthorized sharing of protected content, may result in account restrictions or termination without refund.

We reserve the right to revoke membership privileges from users who violate the Terms or abuse site functionality.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland. Any legal disputes must be brought in the courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
